Do you have an appetite for STEM? MMPL is eager to partner with UTTC (United Tribes Technical College) Community STEM Outreach to offer an engaging one-two punch partnership following the lunch distribution (for kids 18 or younger). MMPL will introduce a concept through story and then be followed up with a STEM demo/lab for children to gain a better understanding of engineering concepts.
This programming will take place in the Dykshoorn Park near the band shelter pending weather cooperates. In the event of inclement weather, it will be moved inside MMPL.
This program counts toward the "Event Exploration" badge for those taking part in the MMPL Summer Reading Program: Adventures in Space.
