Wall Pilates, as the name suggests, uses a wall and modified Pilates movements and functional exercises to improve core strength and stability, balance, coordination, and enhance flexibility. Using the wall provides a level of support and confidence for the body to allow even deeper engagement of the core while also creating resistance and leverage to move in new ways. 

This class is perfect for beginners to advanced.
