The holiday season puts a hurry in our step and a flurry of "to do's" in our heads. We invite you to breathe deep and say "Yes" to relaxation. Slow your roll (and breath) with The Studio: Wellness Community of Mandan.
This low impact yoga class will help you get into shape gradually. During this session you can expect a combination of a modified Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga class where you will warm up the muscles and joints.
