Summer can feel like a run and gun season, but we want to provide a moment to do just the opposite. Let's slow our roll with The Studio: Wellness Community of Mandan. 

This low impact yoga class will help you get into shape gradually. During this session you can expect a combination of a modified Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga class where you will warm up the muscles and joints.

If weather allows, we will be hosting this outdoors in the Dykshoorn Park. Otherwise, find us in the Community Room if the weather is uncooperative.
