This series is for those who are caring for loved ones who can no longer care for themselves. You will laugh through your tears as Elaine shares real-life stories and practical self-care strategies that will help you manage the emotional stress of caregiving. See the attached document for a deeper look at each topic (ignore the dates and times on the document).

- "Caregiver Fair" from 11am-3pm
Be sure to also attend Thrivent's "Caregiver Fair" from 11am-3pm on Saturday, April 15th. This "vendor show" of sorts will feature all sorts of services for supporting anyone caring for loved ones.
