This fitness class will put some bounce into your week.
Bounce is mini-trampoline fitness also known as 'Rebounding'. Bounce sessions are dance-choregraphed workouts programmed to gain rapid results via HIIT training.
The Bounce trampoline offers an efficient workout, 3 times more effective than the same exercise performed on the ground thanks to extra gravity and g-force.
