In observation of Mental Health Month, MMPL and The Studio are thrilled to bring this double feature class to the community. Not only will you physically feel better, but also mentally during the sound bath.
A sound bath meditation class aims to guide you into a deep meditative state through a mixture of sound and guided meditation. The guided meditation brings your focus back to the breath, a mantra, an emotion, or a part of the body. While the sound helps slow down the brain waves and brings awareness to the present moment.
