UP ON THE LOFT-TOP: An Open House Above Dykshoorn Park with the Friends of MMPL

Maybe you've walked through Dykshoorn Park and have seen the Holiday Lights on Main...but you probably haven't seen them from above!

What does Santa see when he looks down from his flying sleigh as it passes over Mandan? See for yourself during this Open House in the MMPL LOFT.

The Friends of MMPL are welcoming all visitors to join them on MMPL's second story to take in the view from the balcony connected to the LOFT. It's a great opportunity to grab a holiday photo, peek inside the library's outdoor dome, take a moment to warm up, and learn a little more about the Friends of MMPL.

The purpose of the Friends group is to strengthen, promote, and support the Morton Mandan Public Library. Members provide assistance with The Novel Idea used bookstore; volunteer during library events; and raise funds to bolster programming, services, and the curation of vibrant public spaces within the library.

The Friends of MMPL are sponsoring this season's Candlelight Concert series and will be facilitating a "novel" take on a Silent Auction.
