Do chairs and yoga go together? You betcha! Get your fitness fix in at this yoga class led by The Studio, a local yoga and fitness organization. All abilities welcome, no experience required. It doesn't matter who you are, we all need to stretch. Using the chair for support and stability gives you the confidence to find movement. Stretching keeps your body more fluid and helps you reduce tension and stress by matching your breath to the movements.
