The message was heard loud and clear from our community- Bring back candlelight concerts!
Through a generous donation of one of the attendees at earlier concerts, we are able to bring back additional music features in our community room. In celebration of the Irish spirit, we have invited Debi Rogers to grace our community room with her unique Celtic music.
Teller of tales, musician, actress, teaching artist and master Celtic artist with the North Dakota Council on the Arts, Debi Rogers will take the MMPL stage.
She has explored various cultures while studying in Japan through a Fulbright Award, serving as an artistic ambassador in Iceland, acting/directing in numerous plays and performing in Ireland.
The yoga and tai chi instructor says her earliest memory as a wee child was practicing harping and flying in her basement to become an Irish fairy. And now she tells stories of women who shift into seals, sorrowful tales you might hear at the pub and lyric ballads of lost love.
Performance will begin at 6 PM
