Join us for a Wellness Class with The Studio Wellness Community of Mandan!

This educational discussion will be led by the Studio's Jen Honn. Learn your unique body type (dosha) and how to keep it in balance according to Ayurveda.  You’ll take a short quiz to understand your unique body type, then we will chat about foods, spices, herbs and routines you can use to help balance your body type. This will help you lose weight, fend off diseases, calm and strengthen your body, mind and soul.
