Looking for a creative and hands-on experience for your child? In this engaging after-school class, students will design and build their own musical instruments using every day and recycled materials, guided by visual artist Ali LaRock.

 

Musician Kris Kitko will help students discover the unique sounds, rhythms, and songs they can create with their handmade instruments as well as learn the song writing process. Children will have opportunities to work both independently and as part of a group, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and confidence. This class is a wonderful way for your child to explore music, art, and teamwork in a fun and supportive environment.

 This event is  funded through the ND Afterschool Network and is a Vinterfest event.
