All the world's a stage...are you ready to come play along?

During this 3-part series, students in 3rd-5th Grades will be introduced to the basics of storytelling, improvisation, movement and vocal techniques for theatre.

How do actors use their bodies and voices on stage? How does adding emotion and movement to dialogue elevate a performance? What does "blocking," a "curtain call," or "stage left" really mean?

From taking up space, to basic theatre terminology, this intro class is just the ticket for aspiring creatives!

PLUS: participants in the class will each get 20% off a ticket to see Dakota Stage's production of  A Christmas Story!

Each class is directed by a member of Dakota Stage and features a new skill that will be built upon each week.

Whether your child is a well-rehearsed thespian, or has never set foot on stage and is waiting in the wings, all are welcome to seek their moment in the spotlight.

It's time to trod the floorboards at MMPL!
